Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to access it using automated means without permission.
• Do not interfere with security or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

Subscriptions and Payments

If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card details. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.

Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the subscription term begins. However, if we permanently shut down the Service, annual subscribers will be eligible for a prorated refund covering the unused portion of their then-current subscription term.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as authentication vendors. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

No Investment Advice

The Service provides financial data and analytics for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. The Company is not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any similar applicable law. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
